How to reset Casbay client account password guide.

1. Go to and continue to login.

Login to the account


2. Under login, click on “Request a Password Reset” or “Forgot Password”.

Click on “Request a Password Reset” or “Forgot Password”


3. Key in your registered email address and hit summit. You will receive a new password in your registered email later.

4. Login to your Casbay account, go to top right and drop down the arrow icon, click on “Change Password”.

Click on “Change Password”.


5. Change to your personal password.
