How create a catchall email account

What are catchall emails?

Catch-all email account is an address that assigned to receive all messages that are sent to an incorrect email address under a domain. For instance, you have three email addresses set up for example.com; info@example.com, sales@example.com, and marketing@example.com, you can set up info@example.com as a catchall email account. Then, any emails sent to webmaster@example.com (and any other invalid email address), will be sent to the catch-all account (info@example.com).

How to create Catchall Email account in Plesk

1. Firstly, login to Plesk.

2, Next, click the Mail tab.

3, Then, click the Mail Settings tab.

4, Select the domain for which you want to create a catchall email account, then click Mail for Non-Existent Users.

5. After that, click the Forward to address option, then enter the address you want all these emails to go to.

6, Lastly, click OK.
