- Your primary responsibilities include:
- Providing financial analysis support.
- Assist in analyzing Casbay forecast, budget, actuals, and business metrics and dynamics.
- Assist in forecast and budget variance analysis, and provide ongoing business assessments and recommended solutions.
- you will support the development of market engagement plans to drive business pipeline and revenue objectives based on a deep understanding of clients and the local market.
- Support design and execution of local marketing and communications plans to support go-to-market strategies
- Leverage knowledge of multiple tactics and marketing and communications activities in your plans, including, live or virtual events, brand recognition, social media marketing, digital and email lead generation activities, and channel/partner marketing
- Brief, enable and collaborate with Sales, Clients, Casbay Partners and/or internal stakeholders
- Measure, analyze, and report on the impact of marketing and communications activities
- Required technical and professional expertise
Specific Knowledge and Skills:
- Candidates must possess at least a bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Scientist, or Accounting and finance (with programming skills)
- CGPA of at least 3.0 and above is a MUST.
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to plan and organize work.
- Ability to work and collaborate across teams.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding, and rapidly changing environment.
- Able to communicate in English & Mandarin.
Preferred technical and professional experience
- Knowledge of additional language skills is a plus point.
As a IT and Business Support Professional, you should have experience in a customer-facing leadership capacity. This role necessitates exceptional customer relationship management skills along with a solid technical grasp of the product/s they will support. The Technical Support Professional is expected to adeptly manage conflicting priorities, thrive under pressure, and autonomously navigate tasks with minimal active guidance. The successful applicant should possess a comprehensive understanding of support, development, and service processes and deliveries. Knowledge of other Casbay business procedures and professional training in mediation or conflict resolution would be advantageous.
- Passionate about video editing, motion graphics, and storytelling techniques.
- Assisting in editing and producing high-quality videos for marketing, branding, and social media.
- Supporting the enhancement of video content with effects, transitions, animations, and sound design.
- Collaborating with creative teams to develop engaging visual narratives.
- Helping manage raw footage, organize clips, and ensure smooth post-production workflow.
- Optimizing video formats for various platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
- Ensuring brand consistency and visual appeal across all video content.
- Adapting and revising edits based on feedback from clients and management.
- Researching industry trends and learning new video editing technologies.
- No prior experience required, but familiarity with video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.) is a plus.
Your primary responsibilities include:

- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly with both internal and external clients through spoken and written channels.
- Business Networking Experience: In-depth experience and understanding of the Casbay and support organizations, facilitating effective networking and collaboration.
- Excellent Coordination, Leadership & Organizational Skills: Exceptional coordination and organizational abilities, capable of leading diverse teams and multitasking within a team-based business network environment.
- Proficiency in project management is beneficial.
- Excellence in Client Service & Client Satisfaction: Personal commitment to pursuing client satisfaction and continuous improvement in the delivery of client problem resolution.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English is required, with fluency in multiple languages considered advantageous.
- As a Digital Communication Intern, you will play a key role in enhancing brand visibility and engagement across digital platforms. Your responsibilities include creating compelling content for social media, blogs, and email campaigns, ensuring a consistent brand voice, and optimizing communication strategies. You will also analyze digital performance metrics, engage with online audiences, and support marketing initiatives through creative storytelling. This role offers hands-on experience in digital marketing, content creation, and audience engagement, helping you develop essential skills for a future in digital communications.
