HOW TO: Whitelist and Blacklist an Email Address in CPanel

What does whitelist or blacklist email mean?

When you’re whitelisting a specific email, you’re allowing that email to bypass all the spam filters and arrive in your inbox.

On the other hand, when you add an email address to blacklist, that address will be blocked regardless of the content. Besides, you can also blacklist an entire domain to block any email from the blacklisted domain.
